Inside Sales Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Fully Support Service sales team execute daily operational requests.
  2. Cultivate positive connections with clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and online chat, ensuring outstanding customer service.
  3. Support the sales team by conducting market research, developing potential leads, collecting client information, and creating comprehensive client profiles.
  4. Manage communication-related to client contracts, oversee order execution, track shipments, confirm deliveries, handle invoicing, process payments, and manage other sales procedures and transactions.
  5. Coordinate interdepartmental communication to facilitate timely order fulfillment and address potential logistics issues.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as marketing, business administration, electronics, software, optics, or mechanical engineering is preferred.
  2. Experience in sales support and project assistance, especially with a focus on significant client service, is advantageous.
  3. Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.
  4. Strong stress tolerance and problem-solving abilities to efficiently navigate a fast-paced environment.
  5. Flexibility with working hours to manage communications across multiple time zones.
